One credit builds one deck

A customer submits a title and thesis. Hanademi researches the live web, checks and organizes the evidence, and produces an English-and-Spanish presentation with charts, citations, and downloadable output.

Delivery is entirely digital. Research begins after submission, progress is shown online, and the finished deck and report are made available through the customer's Hanademi account. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

Payments are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Hanademi does not offer recurring subscriptions at launch. Credits do not expire.

Customer support

Email freddier@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue. Never email card numbers or identity documents.

Delivery

Delivery begins after a signed-in customer submits a deck request. Completion time varies with the research question and source availability. The account page shows progress and provides access to completed digital files.

Failed or cancelled builds

If Hanademi cannot complete a deck, or the customer cancels an active build, the consumed deck credit is returned automatically to the customer's account.

Refunds and disputes

For a duplicate or erroneous charge, an unused purchase, or a paid service that was not delivered, contact support and request review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. A credit consumed by a successfully delivered deck is generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Customers should contact support promptly so Hanademi can investigate before a payment dispute is filed.

Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. A checkout can be abandoned before payment without charge. An active deck build can be cancelled from Hanademi; its credit is restored automatically.

Permitted use

Customers must be at least 18 years old or authorized to purchase for their organization. Requests may not involve unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive material. Hanademi's research output is informational and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

Privacy and payment data

Hanademi uses Google account information to authenticate customers and processes the submitted title, thesis, and resulting deck to deliver the service. Stripe processes payment details; full card numbers never reach Hanademi's servers. Customer decks are private by default.
